At Arvex, we believe that privacy is not just a policy, but a mathematical guarantee. Our zero-trust architecture ensures that we cannot read, log, or access your inference data.

Data Collection and Usage

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide the service (e.g., account email, billing details, and API request counts for rate limiting).

Inference Data (Prompts & Responses)

Your prompts and responses are encrypted client-side using AES-256. They are only decrypted in-memory on hardware-attested, isolated GPU instances. Arvex operators physically and cryptographically cannot read your data. We maintain a strict zero-retention policy for all inference data.
